Tata Motors Is Offering Discounts of up to Rs. 2 lakh in total bonuses to Indian consumers who purchase a Tata Motors passenger car, valid until September 30. Price reductions introduced by the 2025 GST revisions are among the advantages, along with extras such as cash discounts, exchange bonuses, and festival deals.

GST Rationalization Reduced Prices
The GST rationalization has greatly benefited Tata Motors, as its whole model lineup is now up to Rs 1.55 lakh less expensive for those who are not familiar with it. A consistent GST of 18 percent is now applied to gasoline and diesel vehicles under 4 meters in length and with engines up to 1200cc and 1500cc, respectively, instead of the previous 29 and 31 percent.

Tata Punch – Savings Up to ₹1.58 Lakh

Starting with Tata Punch, the 2025 GST amendments result in a significant price reduction of up to Rs 1.08 lakh for the nation’s top-selling model in 2024. Customers who make purchases before September 30th can take advantage of huge savings of up to Rs 1.58 lakh, along with other incentives of up to Rs 50,000. The ex-showroom price of the micro-SUV is now at Rs 5.49 lakh.

Tata Tiago and Tigor – Hatchbacks with Strong Savings
Tata Tiago, benefits of up to Rs 1.20 lakh are available on orders made till September 30th. This includes extra savings of up to Rs 45,000 and a decrease in ex-showroom prices of up to Rs 75,000. After the introduction of GST 2.0, the starting price of the Tata Tiago is Rs 4.57 lakh. With a reduction in ex-showroom pricing of up to Rs 81,000 and further advantages valued at Rs 30,000, the Tigor is also offered with total savings of up to Rs 1.11 lakh.
Tata Nexon and Tata Curvv– Maximum Benefits of ₹2 Lakh

Coming to Tata Nexon, if you purchase it before September 30th, you can receive the maximum advantages of up to Rs 2 lakh. In addition to the additional benefits of up to Rs 45,000 that Tata Motors has announced, the GST 2.0 has made it possible for a price reduction of up to Rs 1.55 lakh.
As a result, the starting price of the small SUV has decreased to Rs 7.31 lakh (ex-showroom). With the GST 2.0 price reduction of up to Rs 67,000 and other benefits of up to Rs 40,000. The Tata Curvv offers the lowest savings of up to Rs 1.07 lakh.
Tata Altroz – Affordable Hatchback with High Savings
Tata Altroz, there are savings of up to Rs 1.76 lakh on the sole hatchback model that is offered in petrol, CNG, and diesel fuel trims. The ex-showroom price has been lowered by up to Rs 1.11 lakh, and there are other benefits worth up to Rs 65,000, which have made this possible. In the Indian market, the Altroz now starts at Rs 6.30 lakh (ex-showroom).
Tata Harrier and Safari – Big SUV Discounts

Moving to the SUV duo of Harrier and Safari, due to reductions of Rs 1.44 lakh and Rs 1.48 lakh, respectively, their starting ex-showroom price has dropped to Rs 13.99 lakh and Rs 14.66 lakh. Additionally, Tata is providing up to Rs 50,000 in extra perks to customers who buy both SUV models before September 30. Therefore, whether purchasing a Harrier or a Safari, clients can save up to Rs 1.94 lakh and Rs 1.98 lakh, respectively.
EV Pricing Remains Unchanged Under GST 2.0
As we can see, Tata Motors’ whole car lineup is now more affordable. However, because the GST has not changed, the EV pricing is still the same. For those who are curious, the Union Government has maintained the 5 percent GST on all electric vehicles sold nationwide.
