Vivo Product Manager Han Boxiao announced on Weibo that the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset will power the Vivo S50 Pro Mini, code-named “Battle Angel.” Additionally, he revealed that the phone received about 3 million points on the AnTuTu benchmarking platform, which is more than 1 million points more than earlier mid-range flagship phones and indicates a significant performance improvement.
It has been revealed that the Vivo S50 Pro Mini has UFS 4.1 storage and LPDDR5x RAM. It is probably going to be released with the regular Vivo S50. The Vivo S30 Pro Mini will be replaced by the Vivo S50 Pro Mini. The Vivo S50 Pro Mini will have UFS 4.1 storage and LPDDR5X RAM with a maximum speed of 9600 Mbps. It has been verified that a 512GB storage option is available.

The Vivo S30 Pro Mini, which debuted in China in May of this year with a starting price of CNY 3,499 for the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant, will be improved upon by the upcoming Vivo S50 Pro Mini.
Last week, Vivo started hinting at the S50 series’ debut in China. A pre-reservation page on the company’s official China website provides some details about the smartphone and the lineup is set to launch in December.
The Vivo S30 Pro Mini has a 50-megapixel front-facing camera for taking selfies and video chats. The phone is water and dust-resistant thanks to its IP68+IP69 rating. It has a 6,500mAh battery with 90W fast charging support.

The 6.31-inch AMOLED display of the Vivo S30 Pro Mini has a 1.5K resolution, a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz and a maximum brightness of 5000 nits. It has a MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ 4nm octa-core chipset. Its triple back camera unit consists of an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera, a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto sensor and a 50-megapixel primary camera with a 1/1.56-inch Sony IMX921 sensor.
