Limited Allocation for the Indian Market
Skoda has limited the allocation to just 100 units for the domestic market, and the RS is being sent in as a CBU in contrast to the regular Octavia. The sporty Octavia RS will start to be delivered on November 6. Skoda’s intention to promote the RS as a special offering and try to entice customers throughout the holiday season is highlighted by the launch’s limited-run nature.

Global Debut and Engine Options
The most recent Skoda Octavia, which had undergone numerous visual changes, had its world debut. It uses a variety of engine options, including gasoline, diesel, mild hybrid, and plug-in hybrid electric vehicles, and is offered in sedan and estate body styles overseas. More aggressive bumpers, triangle air intakes, dual exhaust pipes, bucket seats, contrast red stitching, and other features are added to the performance-oriented Octavia RS.

Interior Design and RS Features
It has carbon-like trimmings, aluminum pedals, and a three-spoke steering wheel with an RS logo. The most potent production Octavia ever, it is only available for retail with a 2.0L four-cylinder TSI turbocharged petrol engine that can produce up to 265 PS and 370 Nm of torque.

Transmission and Mechanical Enhancements
Only the front wheels receive power from the engine, which is coupled to a seven-speed DSG transmission. Numerous mechanical enhancements are also available, such as an electronically controlled limited-slip differential, tuned exhaust note, and a sport-tuned suspension system that reduces ground clearance by 15 mm.
No Dynamic Chassis Control for India
It should be mentioned that the new Skoda Octavia RS will not have Dynamic Chassis Control (DCC) because it will be based on the UK model. It will be imported from the Czech Republic, which is Skoda’s native market.

PPX Saying
Just 100 units left for enthusiasts, the next Skoda Octavia RS is expected to become a collector’s car in India. RS is a limited-edition, high-performance sedan that appeals to individuals who appreciate exclusivity by fusing aggressive appearance, raw performance, and premium equipment.
Some may be disappointed by the lack of Dynamic Chassis Control, but the car’s potent 265 PS engine, sporty upgrades, and festival season launch date guarantee that it will be in high demand.
