The Poco F8 Ultra is confirmed to launch in select global markets on November 26 alongside the upcoming Poco F8 Pro, which is expected to be a rebranded version of the Redmi K90 Pro Max and Redmi K90, respectively, which were unveiled in China in October.

The global launch of the Poco F8 series is scheduled for November 26 at an event in Bali, Indonesia, at 4 pm local time (1:30 pm IST). The Chinese smartphone manufacturer confirmed in a post on X that the global versions of the Poco F8 Ultra and Poco F8 Pro will come with 6,500mAh and 6,210mAh batteries, respectively.

It is anticipated that the upcoming Poco F8 Ultra and F8 Pro phones will be rebranded versions of the Redmi K90 Pro Max and Redmi K90, respectively, with larger 7,560mAh and 7,100mAh batteries supporting the Chinese models.

Poco F8 Pro & Ultra Launch on Nov 26 in Bali

Leaked design renders of the Poco F8 Ultra on X, along with some of its anticipated key features. The design is similar to the Redmi K90 Pro Max, except for the Poco branding; it comes in two colourways, including a black shade and a denim finish; it has a flat display panel and a rectangular rear camera module with a ‘Sound by Bose’ tag.

The Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset to feed the Poco F8 Ultra has already been confirmed by the company. According to a tipster, the upcoming global version of the phone will have UFS 4.1 onboard storage and LPDDR5x RAM. It is anticipated to come with Android 16-based HyperOS 3. In addition to the announced 6,500mAh battery, it may include 100W wired and 50W wireless fast charging.

It is anticipated that the Poco F8 Ultra would have a flat 6.9-inch LTPS AMOLED display with a resolution of 2,608 x 1,200 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The phone may have a metal centre frame and an IP69-rated construction that is water and dust-proof. It will feature speakers tuned by Bose, measure 163.3×77.8×8.05mm in size and weigh 220g.
