The KLR650 dual-sport motorbike is not offered in the Indian market, despite being sold by Kawasaki in a few countries, such as the US and Australia. Rather, the business sells the KLX230, KLX450R, and KLX230RS, which are lower-displacement adventure bikes, in India. Competitors of the KLE 500 include the BMW F 450 GS, TVS 450 Adventure, and Royal Enfield Himalayan 450.
Auto enthusiasts will remember with nostalgia that Kawasaki sold the KLE in the 1990s; thus, the “KLE” designation is not really new.
