The Honor 500 series, which includes the Honor 500 and Honor 500 Pro, is anticipated to be introduced in China shortly. The Pro model’s specs have been revealed ahead of its expected release. The forthcoming phone will have a 6.55-inch 120Hz display, according to a trustworthy informant. The Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and up to 16GB of RAM are expected to power it. An 8,000mAh battery may be included with the Honor 500 Pro.

The future phone might include a 200-megapixel primary camera. However, the tipster adds that stacking restrictions may cause the camera’s overall performance to be lower than that of the prototype. According to reports, the Honor 500 Pro’s camera design is made utilising a cold-carving technique, just like Apple.
In a Weibo post, Tipster Digital Chat Station (translated from Chinese) revealed the Honor 500 Pro’s leaked specs. There are rumours that the forthcoming phone will have an R-shaped metal frame. It might have a flat OLED panel of 6.55 inches (1,264 x 2,736 pixels) with a refresh rate of 120 Hz.

With up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of onboard storage, the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset is expected to power the Honor 500 Pro. According to the tipster, the phone may also have a proprietary C1, an RF chip, and an E2 chip for energy management.
Four colourways—Aquamarine, Starlight Powder, Obsidian Black, and Moonlight Silver (translated from Chinese)—are anticipated for both models.
The release of the Honor 500 Pro series in China has already been hinted at by Honor. The phones’ colour options and storage capacities are visible on the company’s online store. There will be three versions of the Pro model available: 12GB + 256GB, 12GB + 512GB, and 16GB + 512GB. In the meantime, 12GB + 256GB, 12GB + 512GB, and 16GB + 512GB versions of the Honor 500 are available.
