Festive Demand and Market Trends

Bookings and inquiries have increased as a result of the consistent sales growth brought on by the GST rate reductions and the demand over the holiday season. Hero Vida’s EV Success Story

Hero Vida’s success story continued in September 2025, when 12,736 people registered on the Vahan portal. In the e2w segment, the YoY market share increased from 4.7 percent to 12.2 percent. Due to its lower initial ex-showroom pricing, the newly released VX2 electric scooter with Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) subscription model was the main driver of this sales success.

Record Exports and Global Expansion

Hero MotoCorp shipped 111,584 units in Q2, the most ever. In September 2025, it exported 39,638 units, a remarkable YoY gain of 94.8 percent over the same time the previous year. Hero MotoCorp’s Market Leadership

However, the Vida VX2 displayed the 125-3D plaque on the front apron despite not having the grey colourway. For many years, Hero MotoCorp dominated the two-wheeler market. It is the largest two-wheeler brand in the world, not only in India. Hero swiftly recovered after Honda managed to unseat it from the top spot a few months ago, and it has been the biggest two-wheeler brand ever since.

PPX Saying

Hero MotoCorp saw a significant increase in sales in September 2025, selling 687,220 units overall, compared to 637,050 units in September 2024. With a 54% YoY increase, scooters saw the largest increase, and exports nearly doubled (+95%). YTD motorcycle sales, however, are slightly down from the prior year, indicating that scooters and exports are fueling the growth.
