Oppo will launch the Oppo Reno 15 Series on November 17 with Dimensity 8450 SoC, 200MP camera, Android 16 and 80W charging support.
On November 17, the Oppo Reno 15 series is set to debut in China. The Chinese smartphone manufacturer has been progressively teasing the lineup’s specs in the run-up to the announcement. According to a tipster, the MediaTek Dimensity 8450 chipset that powers the Oppo Reno 15 and Reno 15 Pro will be the same as that of its predecessor, the Reno 14 Pro. A screenshot of the phones’ Geekbench performance, which shows the RAM, GPU, and Android version that the two may have, has also been released by the leaker.

An octa-core ARMv8 chipset, purportedly the MediaTek Dimensity 8450 CPU, powers the Reno 15 Pro. The Dimensity 8450 SoC may also power the regular Oppo Reno 15. The chipsets might be combined with a Mali-G720 MC7 GPU and up to 16GB of RAM. They may come with Android 16 as well.
Tipster Abhishek Yadav (@yabhishekhd) posted a screenshot of the purported Geekbench listing of the upcoming Oppo Reno 15 Pro on X (previously Twitter). The model number PLW110 appears on the handset. Additionally, the leaker disclosed that the model number PLV110 of the vanilla Reno 15 has been observed listed on the benchmarking site.

Further details on the Oppo Reno 15 Pro on X have also been released by tech blogger Anvin (@ZionsAnvin). According to rumours, the phone will have a 6.78-inch OLED screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a resolution of 1.5K (1,216×2,640 pixels). It may have a 6,300mAh battery that supports both 50W wireless and 80W cable rapid charging.
The MediaTek Dimensity 8450 chipset powers the Oppo Reno 14 Pro, its predecessor. Therefore, the Pro model may provide comparable performance, even though the ordinary Reno 15 model may get a major SoC boost over the Reno 14, which has a MediaTek Dimensity 8350.
The Oppo Reno 15 Pro received 6,738 points for multi-core performance and 1,684 points for single-core performance. It might have four efficiency cores with a peak performance of 2.10GHz, three performance cores with a peak clock speed of 3.00GHz, and one prime core with a peak clock speed of 3.25GHz.
A triple back camera unit, consisting of a 200-megapixel primary camera, a 50-megapixel secondary sensor, and a 50-megapixel third camera, may be included in Oppo’s Reno 15 Pro. It might also have a 50-megapixel selfie camera on the front. It is believed to have a frame made of aluminium alloy. According to reports, the phone supports NFC for connectivity. It might weigh roughly 205g and have dimensions of 161.26×76.46×7.65mm.
The Pro model will be offered in Starlight Bow and Canele Brown; however, the Reno 15 is guaranteed to be available in Starlight Bow, Aurora Blue, and Canele Brown colourways. The phones’ cheapest models will include 256GB of storage and 12GB of RAM. In the meantime, the premium model will have 1TB of internal storage and 16GB of RAM.
