The next VinFast model in India might be a seven-seat VinFast Limo Green EV MPV built locally from fully disassembled parts and positioned above the VF 7.
VinFast Limo Green EV MPV: The Limo Green may be VinFast’s next Indian release after the VF 6 and VF 7 in July. To determine whether the 100% electric MPV is viable for our market, the business has begun testing it on Indian roads.

The VinFast Limo Green is an upper-segment MPV that is significantly larger than the Maruti Ertiga/XL6 and Kia Carens Clavis EV. It is more like the Toyota Innova Hycross, measuring 4,740 mm in length, 1,872 mm in width, and 1,723 mm in height. The electric MPV has a 2,840 mm wheelbase and 170 mm of ground clearance, but VinFast will probably boost the latter for India because of the country’s bad roads.
18-inch alloy wheels, a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system, an automated temperature control system, two USB Type-C and two USB Type-A charging connections, and a four-speaker sound system are just a few of the goodies that VinFast adds to the Limo Green.

Only in Vietnam does VinFast offer the Limo Green for sale as a business vehicle. Nonetheless, the business had stated that it would think about releasing it for individual consumers in the future, and it might now proceed with that plan. Indonesia is another possible market for this model because of its enormous demand for MPVs.

The Limo Green’s features and specifications are rather simple in its sole currently available commercial version. VinFast provides it with a front-mounted motor that generates 201 horsepower and 280 Nm of torque, as well as a 60.13 kWh LFP battery. A 10-70% charging session takes 30 minutes, and the battery pack may be charged at up to 80 kW. Its 450-kilometre range is based on the outdated NEDC rather than the more practical WLTP.
The BYD eMAX 7, which is a fully electric MPV in contrast to the Toyota Innova Crysta, may also pose a threat to the VinFast Limo Green. However, we anticipate that it will be far less expensive than the latter, coming in at about 22 lakh (ex-showroom).

The manufacturer provides four airbags, a reverse camera, ABS with EBD and BA, ESC, TCS, HSA, and Roll Over Mitigation (ROM) in terms of safety. The private registration version will likely have more sophisticated safety, connectivity, and comfort features.
