Hero MotoCorp has released the limited-edition Splendor+, Passion+, and Vida VX2 models after surpassing the 125 million unit sales milestone globally.
Hero MotoCorp Launches 125 Million Edition, the biggest two-wheeler brand in the world, is commemorating reaching 125 million units sold worldwide. The Splendor+, Passion+, and Vida VX2 have therefore been released in unique 125 million editions to mark this historic anniversary. The JV launched the manufacturing of CD100 in the Indian market as its debut two-wheeler model and since then, despite the joint venture being dismantled a few years back, Hero has never looked back.

Splendor+ 125 Million Edition Details

The Splendor+, Hero’s best-selling model for over thirty years, is a 100cc entry-level commuter motorbike. As a result, it has been honourably given the 125 Million Edition, which features a distinctive grey paint job. Modern graphics in the colours black, brown, and gold flank the new colourway.
Special 3D Plaque and Styling Updates
To prove that it is the Splendor 125 Million Edition, the special edition vehicle also receives a 3D plaque with the “125M” insignia on the gasoline tank. The 125 Million Edition keeps the same features, cycle parts, and engine as the standard model. The Nardo Grey paint choice that several automakers currently provide for their two-wheelers served as the model for the new grey colour.

Vida VX2 125 Million Edition Electric Scooter
Hero’s most recent electric scooter, the Vida VX2, was introduced in July of this year. It is the brand’s entry-level e-scooter and features a removable battery pack and Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) subscription model. The 125 3D plaque is prominently displayed on the front apron to indicate its special edition status, even if it does not receive the new grey colour like the 125 Million Editions of the Splendor+ and Passion+.

Passion+ Joins the 125 Million Edition Lineup
Hero Passion+ is an entry-level commuter motorcycle with a 100cc engine, just as the Splendor+. Hero Passion was created in 2001, but the Splendor nameplate was created in 1994. Thus, the Passion has been available for purchase in the Indian market for over twenty years. Since the 125 Million Edition of the Passion+ is one of the main factors contributing to the brand’s global sales success, the Jaipur-based company decided it was appropriate to launch it.
Shared Graphics and Features with Splendor+
The Splendor+ special edition receives the same graphic improvements as the Passion+ 125 Million Edition. It also keeps the engine, cycle parts, and features of the regular motorcycle. Hero has not disclosed the 125 Million Edition’s pricing, but we anticipate it to be roughly the same as the standard version that it is based on.
